Refund Policy

Please, look at all aspects of the software you are interested in. We value customer satisfaction and will be happy to answer all the questions regarding software that you might possibly have. To help you make the right decision, you can also contact sales or customer service representative.

We are selling digital items that can’t be physically returned, so we do need some rules around refunds from the site as stated below:

1. We cannot refund your purchase price if the software is working as promised and as seen on the demo, or you decide that it is not something you want or need.
2. We will promptly refund purchase price, if you can run custom CGI or PHP programs on your site and software fail to install on your server after investigation by our support team.
3. We will be unable to refund purchase price if you claim that program does not work but refuse to provide us access to the server for installation troubleshooting.

Bad Reasons for a Refund:

• I just decided I didn’t need it.
• I bought a few scripts to compare.
• I thought it would do something it doesn’t.
• I never asked for help.
• I bought it well over 30 days ago.
• It turns out I don’t like websites.
• The investments isn’t profiting me.
